Tasting Notes
Sight Copper with a deep red hue and a light haze, finished with an off-white, semi-persistent foam. Smell A balanced blend of medium hop intensity and medium malt sweetness, featuring aromas of dried fruit (apricot, dates, raisins), bright citrus from zesty lemon, and an earthy pine finish. Taste Medium bitterness with rich dried-fruit flavours (dates and raisins), supported by a medium body and lingering hop character where citrus and piney notes take the lead.
